The questions we hear most

If your question isn't here, Mara is in the corner of this page — or reach the desk directly.

What time can I check in and out?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so a late arrival is never a problem — just let us know roughly when to expect you.

How do I get from the airport?

Lisbon Airport is about 20 minutes by car. Request a private transfer when you book (€28) and a driver will meet you with your name. Otherwise, the red metro line to São Sebastião then the blue line to Rato leaves a flat 7-minute walk.

Is there parking?

We don't have on-site parking, but we reserve spaces in a secure garage three minutes away for €18 per night. Tell us your arrival time and we'll hold one for you.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, always free of charge. Drop your bags with us early or leave them after checkout while you explore — the desk is staffed around the clock.

Do you serve breakfast?

Breakfast is served in the ground-floor breakfast room from 7:30 to 10:30, with bread, pastries, fruit, eggs, and good coffee. It's included on most rates and offers.

Can you book restaurants and fado for us?

Gladly. Tell us the night and the mood and we'll book dinner or a fado table — including the small rooms that don't take online reservations.
